I spoke with several duct cleaning services. Only one spoke about the type of ducts I have and how these fiberboard ductwork should be cleaned.... DUCT DOCTORS OF NORTH TEXAS....Ray is very knowledgeable regarding the houses in this area and how they are constructed. This leads to how he would clean my ducts and what issues might arise. Duct Doctors was the only company who did not try to sell me unnecessary work or blow smoke about what I needed to do. He actually talked me out of certain things I did not need that may damage my system. All the other places kept trying to add services to my estimate. One company actually told me if I didn't add these other services, it would not be worth their time to come out!! Call Ray at Duct Doctors, he knows what he's doing. Thanks Ray!

Great response time to my question about price and availability, Ray and his crew showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and quickly set up to get to work. They were done in about 90 minutes, and I paid what I was quoted. I've noticed a significant reduction of dust in our home, for which I am grateful! I've referred family members to them, and I'll happily call Duct Doctors of North Texas the next time around.

Duct Doctors came to give us a quote for cleaning duct work. After thorough analysis they showed where condensation from coil was backed up due to a clogged line. The overflow pan was corroding and at high risk of failure. Consequently, the coil and duct system had been exposed to long-term moisture and a significant amount of mildew was present throughout the upstairs system. They gave a fair price for cleaning everything but gave a more than fair price to replace the pan, clean the coil, clear the condensation drain and replace all the ductwork upstairs including the boxes. Since OTHER companies had cleaned the system twice in the last 5 years and it was still this bad, we opted to go for replacement. WOW! Am I glad we did!!! Today they showed up at 9AM and had everything done in under 5 hours. They were very clean, and the workmanship was perfect! Ray and crew were very professional. My wife is happy and if she's happy these guys are good! 5 stars from me! If you use these guys, you will be happy!

I got 4 quotes all from Yelp. Duct Doctors came over and gave me the best quote. It was so good I told my next-door neighbor about them and they did their insulation the same day too!
Why? They never ever tried to over sell me. Even when I asked about overselling me, they brought me back to its not necessary. The other companies wanted to come into my house and install all these fans and do all this stuff. That would inflate the price by double of what Dallas had quoted me. Even if I had done just the insulation with them. Duct Doctors was still the best price "apples to apples" hands down.
I even went with the extra questions of "...if this was your mother's house..." he still never tried to oversell me anything I didn't need, and he was absolutely right!
I also asked to run 3 runs of duct which I was quoted from one of those big commercial companies at $1800. Duct Doctors quoted me something waaaaaaaay waaaaay more reasonable. I couldn't believe how badly that company (I'm not allowed to name it) gets away with it. I'd recommend them to all my friends if they ever need insulation or duct cleaning. Their work is awesome, and their character is easy to work with!

This is a well-established family business. They promptly returned my calls. Offered a complimentary assessment & quote, arrived on time, and did thorough work. They explained problems they encountered and how they were going to fix them. The cost was the as the quote even though there were unforeseen repairs they made. There was no up selling or pressure to buy service plans. Definitely worth the price.

Duct Doctors were referred to me by another AC company. That should tell you all that you need to know.
Fast response, realistic quote for the detailed services they provide, fast appt (3 days), fast cleaning. Professional and proficient!
I had enough of the other guys who only quote $60, but then jack it up when they discover "mold" that will cost $1800 to eradicate, or if not, they'll be happy to clean the carpets for $200.
Reliable and Trustworthy is always worth the price!!

After reviewing the EPA.gov website on tips on finding the right duct cleaning company I went online and called several companies. I was quoted from $1500-$2000 over the phone!
But for a more accurate estimate they would charge me $99 and the other $250. I came across Duct Doctors and was skeptic due to the negative reviews. However, after researching more, I realized they were the right company. I called Ray and mentioned my concerns about "not being on time" and "destroying property".
I felt he answered sincerely and gave him a chance. So pleased I did. They were right on time, 15 minutes earlier for the Free estimate and 30 minutes earlier for the service! Wow!
Plus, they were extremely courteous, professional, and friendly.
I felt they answered all my questions and concerns on site and the job was done thoroughly (my home took 5 hours!). Duct Doctors of North Texas- Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!
